How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email the same day your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Square with 256-bit TLS encryption.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. No restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our full return policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to domestic US addresses only. We are evaluating international shipping options and hope to offer it in the future.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. For bulk orders (schools, labs, or organizations), please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a custom quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged product.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number the same day your order ships. You can use this number on the USPS or UPS website to track your package.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Microscopes and instruments typically include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific warranty information.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
